Shipping & orders
How does this demo work?
You can browse, choose sizes, save favourites and complete a test order. No orders are sent and no money is charged.
What shipping costs are shown?
The bag simulates shipping within Italy at €6.90, free when the product total after discounts reaches €90. Gift wrapping does not count towards the threshold. Times and terms are examples to agree with the artisan.
Can I pay by card or PayPal?
Checkout displays card and PayPal choices for demonstration. Both are disabled: no card details are requested and no payment service opens.
How will returns and support work?
In the final store this section will contain the seller’s actual terms and a support channel. There are no real sales or returns in this demo.
Caring for your objects
How should I clean the ceramics?
For these example creations we suggest gentle hand washing, a soft sponge and drying with a cloth. Final instructions should be confirmed for each real product.
Why can pieces vary?
Handcrafting brings small differences in shape, glaze and size. They give each creation its character. Images in this concept are illustrative.
A thoughtful gift
Can I add gift wrapping?
Yes, select gift wrapping in the bag for €4 for the whole order. The Two Albas set already includes its own packaging. The summary always shows the updated total.
Can I ask for a custom creation?
The Contact page shows a form for custom requests. In this demo messages are only simulated and are not sent.
